Talk about post conflict it is not a simple task, considering that the elements determining the definition of the concept are as particular as the conflict itself, the amount of affected and involved people, all the damages in web society, all the needs of inclusion and the changing speech of the state accusing, but a country redefining the usage of language, the way people see each other that belongs to a different reality, where each citizen is an actor playing a role to develop and in a situation to be heard, these would be all the needed reflections to establish an effective post conflict after 50 years of divergent positions.
